Sonny Collova will be sharing the marketing skills he developed in his 16 years in the mortgage and real estate investing businesses and how he has adapted them to internet marketing over the last several years.

Sonny created LowerMortgagePayments.org on a Friday and was doing business on Monday. Heck this very site was put up in just five minutes on a Sunday morning while overlooking the river from the back porch.

Many of you will and have noticed many mispellings on my swites.

I usually go back and correct most but leave the ones that bring in traffic [verified later in google webmaster tools]. I like using this method of using my natural mispellingd and typos. for SEO since real visitors are more likely to land and convert or stick on your site if the msitake was common natural typo or misspelling.

I have only optimized for mispellings a few times using the keyword research tool method. It just seems to make more sense to use natural mispellings and tyops. then to see if we get traffic.

I bet you couls take it a step furthur and then use keyword research methods to expand on the mispelled keywords and then test and only optomize for the ones that convert well.

I had a lady call my office ans complain about the spelling on lower mortgage payments dot Org. She did say the cointent was good though. That’s really what’s important to me.

Let me know in the comments section if you have had any success with any similar methoids.

It really helps to work on this late when you are really tired.

I need a membership plugin for Wordpress. Most Wordpress plugins are free but limited or outdated if specialized and not widely popular. I have done some research and this one seems to have the most features. Some of the others looked higher end but do not have appear to have built in affiliate management.

I sent questions to some of the other membership plugins but think this is the one I buy simply because they have lots of videos and have built in and automatic affiliate management.

Next plugin to look for will be a real estate paid listing plugin with affiliate management. I may be able to use this membership software to manage real estate listings and affiliates.

Any ideas or suggestions?
